Artist Terms & Conditions
By commissioning us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These are in place to protect both the artist and the client, ensuring a smooth and unique experience.Tips are 100% optional and are never expected! If you enjoyed your experience and the work, please feel free to leave a tip, and share amongst friends. For any questions, please feel free to reach out anytime during your commission!

> No NSFW Content - Shirtless Characters / Suggestive Themes are allowed. No explicit nudity or privates parts under any circumstance.> Furry / Animals - May be accepted at our discretion due to limited experience, as we reserve the right to decline the request> Artist Rights - We reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission if it falls outside of our skill set or comfort zone. Any major changes requested after initial discussion that alters / delays the commission may require additional discussion before agreed on
General Guidelines
> References are required. Please be sure to provide pictures, descriptions, poses, and anything you'd wish to include in the artwork> Commission prices are based and listed on USD. You do not have to use this currency only. Most payment methods auto convert currencies> Completed commissions will be posted on our social media and / or portfolio unless otherwise told so> Commercial Rights are NOT purchasable> Commissions begin after 50% of payment is made> Minor revisions before any coloring begins are welcome, though any altering after coloring and rendering may include a small fee> Please be open to communication and ask any questions or raise any concerns if necessary> Completion times may vary depending on complexity and my schedule> Amnesia and temporary burnout may occur and affect our workflow, so please understand if any delays occur> You will receive a full refund if you or ourselves cancel the commission after payment has been received based on progress of commission. If the commission is near complete or done, refunds are NOT available
Payment & Pricing
> Comissions are paid out on a 50/50 spilt. 50% of the total is to start the commission and the other 50% is due when the art is complete and ready for delivery> No payment is collected while you are on the queue or reservation list> Prices are firm and not negotiable, though bundles and discounts are available> Failure to respond after an extended period of time will result in your commission spot being offered to the next client if work hasn't started
